About the Speaker

Abby Schwarz is the Community Manager for Yelp St. Louis. In this role, she helps market the site to business owners and consumers. Yelp is all about connecting people to great local business and Abby is no exception to that rule! Before taking the position with Yelp last year, she worked as a recruiter for a local staffing agency, Staffing Solutions and was a contributor for the blog: Girl’s Guide to the Galaxy. Prior to that Abby was an HR Generalist for a private capital venture firm in Clayton. In her free time, she volunteers for Metropolis St. Louis, Animal House Fund, the 2010 Census and has helped to plan/execute several non-profit events around St. Louis.
